This study analyzed the factors influencing good jobs for female workers with disabilities, revealing that the job quality for most female workers with disabilities is poor. Factors determining good jobs included age and marital status as individual characteristics, and company size, labor welfare, union presence, and flexible working hours as job characteristics. These findings suggest the need for differentiated intervention strategies based on age group, strengthening vulnerable human capital, job creation focused on large corporations, and expanding employer awareness improvement education to improve the job quality of female workers with disabilities.
