Summary

This study explored the applicability of Positive Exploration as an instructional model for forming a learning community and developed a final instructional model through the creation and validation of a draft model. The developed model consists of stages of orientation, successful story exploration, core value derivation, diffusion strategy establishment, implementation, and reflection, and further research targeting school members is needed to refine the model.
