Summary

This study analyzed the impact of reasonable accommodation on the employment probability and job retention of persons with disabilities. The analysis revealed that providing accommodations before employment testing increases the probability of employment, while changes in company policy and job adjustments positively affect job retention. These findings suggest the need to expand policy support for providing accommodations at the appropriate time and type to promote the employment of persons with disabilities.
