Summary

This study investigated the effects of robot-assisted gait training (Lokomat) on motor ability and functional recovery in patients with acute stroke. The results showed that the robot-assisted training group exhibited significant improvements in lower limb motor function, gait ability, and activities of daily living compared to the control group. Furthermore, somatosensory evoked potential findings were correlated with motor function and activities of daily living, suggesting their potential for predicting functional outcomes.
