This study explores legal regulatory measures for unfair trade practices in dealership agreements. Currently, the Korean Commercial Code does not have specific provisions for dealership agreements, and unfair practices are regulated by Article 23 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act. Following the Namyang Dairy Products Co., Ltd. affair, the issue of unfair practices in dealership agreements has spread socially, raising the need for amendments to related laws or the enactment of a special act.
