This study emphasizes the importance of farmland possessing rurality and utilizes Choice Experiment (CE) to evaluate the value of attributes of rural amenities. The Conditional Logit model analysis resulted in calculating consumer utility for each attribute, presenting the value of a unit change in rurality. These findings can be utilized as policy materials for rural development and providing social benefits in agricultural production activities.
