This study aimed to understand the communication experiences of deaf couples through a qualitative case study. The results showed that deaf couples experience difficulties in complete communication even when using sign language, requiring various communication methods and interpretation support for communication with family. These findings suggest the need for social welfare support related to the communication of deaf individuals.
