This study aims to analyze the domestic situation and identify introduction factors of the forest welfare voucher service system by investigating the awareness of users and operators, and similar voucher operation cases. The survey results showed that the general public is interested in programs, forest recreation experts are interested in forest infrastructure, and other voucher experts are interested in training, with differing important factors among respondents.
