This study aims to identify the organizational culture characteristics perceived by mental health social workers to strengthen cultural competence in local mental health centers. Local mental health centers have a unique organizational culture for an interdisciplinary team approach, and practitioners need systematic education on mutual understanding and communication. The findings can contribute to the development of organizational education that promotes organizational commitment and shapes the organizational culture of mental health social workers.
