Summary

This study aims to propose strategic plans for the merchandising of city town houses, focusing on the spatial design area. Through case studies of town houses in urban areas, the importance of utilizing existing topography, ensuring equal conditions for all households, securing green spaces, flexibility of floor plans, reflecting the Passive House structure, utilizing natural energy, and universal design elements were identified. Based on these findings, this research suggests strategic plans considering spatial design elements for city town house merchandising.
