Summary

This study analyzed the impact of ICT utilization on reading, mathematics, and science achievement using PISA 2009 Korean data. The results showed that ICT-related affective characteristics were positively correlated with achievement, while accessibility and usage patterns were negatively correlated or showed little correlation. In particular, online material reading was related to reading achievement, but showed contrasting results depending on the type of material.
