Summary

This study analyzed the impact of emotional labor on emotional dissonance and job satisfaction among sports center instructors, as well as the moderating effect of emotional expression norm internalization. The results showed that surface acting increased emotional dissonance, while deep acting decreased it, and deep acting enhanced job satisfaction. Emotional expression norm internalization demonstrated a moderating effect by reducing emotional dissonance and enhancing job satisfaction.
