Summary

This study analyzed the impact of calling on organizational commitment and intention to quit among Korean workers, as well as the mediating roles of psychological capital and organizational identification, and the moderating roles of transformational leadership and perceived supervisor support. The results showed that calling influences organizational commitment and intention to quit through psychological capital and organizational identification, and organizational commitment acts as a predictor of intention to quit.
