Summary

This study examined the impact of entrepreneurs’ social status, networking environment, and personal demographics on start-up intention. The results showed that social status and networking environment had a positive influence on start-up intention, and demographic factors such as age, gender, and start-up experience also had a statistically significant effect. Specifically, older age groups showed higher start-up intention, start-up experience positively influenced intention, and men exhibited stronger intention than women.
