Summary

This study analyzes the impact of service orientation of employees in human service social enterprises on job satisfaction and service immersion, and how this leads to pro-social service behavior. The results showed that employees with high service orientation had higher job satisfaction and service immersion, which manifested as pro-social service behavior towards clients. This suggests that social enterprises should manage and evaluate employees as pro-social capital.
