Summary

This study analyzed the impact of HRD professionals’ strategic human resource development roles (HRD experts, strategic partners, change agents) on job performance (task performance, contextual performance). The results showed that the roles of HRD experts and change agents had a positive impact on both task and contextual performance, while the strategic partner role did not have a significant impact.
