Summary

This study examined the impact of interactional justice on organizational members' innovative behavior and the moderating effect of organizational vision recognition. The analysis revealed that informational justice promotes innovative behavior, while interpersonal justice did not have a significant impact. Organizational vision recognition was found to enhance innovative behavior and moderate the relationship between interpersonal justice and innovative behavior.
