Summary

This study explores sharehouses as a solution to improve the poor housing conditions of increasing one-two person households, and investigates the characteristics of sharehouses to accommodate individuals with diverse lifestyles. Current sharehouses are concentrated on specific demographics, making it difficult to embrace diverse generations, and the study suggests that future sharehouses should possess openness, accessibility, individuality, and possibility to support broad communication.
