Summary

This study analyzes the impact of coaching on leader-member exchange (LMX), perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment, and investigates the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between LMX and organizational commitment. The results of the structural equation modeling analysis showed that the direction, development, and relationship aspects of coaching leadership positively influenced LMX, and LMX positively influenced organizational commitment.
