Summary

This study explores how the formation of social capital among low-skilled workers can contribute to improved problem-solving skills and increased happiness. It confirms that forming social capital can be a learning activity, providing motivation and enabling happiness through the learning process and outcomes. Furthermore, it suggests that happiness can be the purpose of learning activities.
