Summary

This study examined the impact of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on intention to quit, mediated by psychological empowerment, and the moderated mediation effect of informal learning. The results showed that LMX positively influences psychological empowerment but negatively affects intention to quit, and informal learning moderates the relationship between LMX and psychological empowerment. Specifically, a moderated mediation effect was confirmed, where the impact of LMX on psychological empowerment increases with higher levels of informal learning, and the mediating effect of psychological empowerment is also amplified.
