Summary

This study analyzed the factors influencing the utilization of local government self-evaluation through a survey and structural equation modeling. The results showed that acceptance, evaluation system, interaction, and organizational context affected evaluation utilization, and proposed measures to activate utilization, including establishing regulations and systems, securing evaluation budgets, strengthening evaluator expertise, promoting participation and communication in the evaluation process, and improving evaluation result delivery.
