Summary

This study explored the cultural orientation of 14 central government ministries (excluding the Ministry of National Defense) using G. Hofstede’s cultural dimensions. The results indicated that central government organizations exhibited tendencies towards collectivism, power distance, and uncertainty avoidance, with cultural differences observed across functions and ministries. Notably, unique cultural patterns were found in economic ministries, social ministries, and the foreign affairs and unification sector.
