Summary

This study empirically analyzes the factors influencing the implementation of anti-corruption policies in Korea. The results show that policy content, the relationship between the coordinating agency and implementing organization, and the policy target group significantly affect policy effectiveness. To enhance policy effectiveness, efforts to improve the realism of policy content and access the core of corruption are necessary.
