This study analyzes the structural causes, current status, problems, and effects of unfair subcontracting relationships in the Korean automotive industry through the case of Hyundai Motor Company. Polarization between large and small enterprises, the decline of the component sector, and the division of the labor market are intensifying due to unfair trade practices by large corporations, and this research seeks institutional tasks and policy alternatives to address these issues.
