Summary

This study analyzed the impact of workplace learning (formal, informal, and incidental learning) on organizational commitment and career satisfaction among Chinese company employees, and examined the moderating effect of supervisor support. The results showed that formal and incidental learning positively influenced organizational commitment, while informal and incidental learning positively influenced career satisfaction.
