보건의료분야 교육에 있어서 환자 안전의 문제를 해결하면서 학생들의 임상능력을 증진시키는 방법으로 가상현실 기술을 이용한 시뮬레이션 교육이 주목을 받고 있다. 이 교과목에서는 보건의료 분야 교육에 가상현실 기술을 활용한 시뮬레이션 교육의 가능성, 현황, 설계방안 등을 탐색해본다. 기존에 개발되어 활용되고 있는 가상현실 교육 프로그램을 조사, 평가해 보고, 실습교육의 이론적 기반과 가상현실 및 햅틱 기술 등 다양한 테크놀로지를 활용하여 가상현실 교육 프로그램을 설계해본다.

치과치료에 대한 불안 공포는 치과 치료도중 가장 문제가 되고 있는 부분이며 치과 치료의 가장 큰 걸림돌이 되고 있는 부분이다. 특히 지적 능력이 떨어져 있는 장애인 환자들과 소아환자들의 경우 치과치료는 치과의사들에게 있어 매우 어려운 것이 사실이다. 치과치료에 매우 비협조적인 소아환자, 장애인 환자를 치료하기 위해 환자의 불안감과 공포를 최소화하기 위해 진정법을 많은 환자에게 시행하고 있다. 본 강좌에서는 진정법에 관한 세부적인 지식을 습득하고 실습하며 소아, 장애인환자에서 진정법 시행시 다른 환자군과 비교하여 주의해야 할 사항 등에 대해 보다 심화된 지식을 다루고자 한다.

4차 산업 혁명의 시대로 다양한 기술들의 개발 및 발전으로 인해 의료 분야에서도 인공지능, 딥 러닝, 로봇, AR, VR, 3D 프린팅 등의 다양한 기술이 적용되고 있는 상황입니다. 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 상당한 교육과 숙련이 필요한 신경외과 뇌종양 수술 분야에 수술의 정확성과 편의성을 높이고 수련의 교육 및 환자 이해도 증가를 위하여 이러한 신기술이 다양하게 적용되고 있는 상황입니다. 더불어, 흔히 뇌암으로 불리는 교모세포종의 경우 지난 10년 간 각종 새로운 치료법을 적용하여 치료를 시도하여 왔으나 총 생존기간의 뚜렷한 증가를 보이는 치료법을 확립하지 못하였고 지속적으로 새로운 치료법이 시도되고 있습니다. 본 강의에서는 신경외과 뇌종양치료에 도입이 가능한 4차 산업혁명의 기술과 뇌암(교모세포종)과 다른 뇌종양치료를 위해 시도할 수 있는 새로운 치료법에 대하여 강의하고자 합니다.

3차원 가상 set-up에 의한 디지털 교정치료 치의학대학원 치의학과

교정영역에서 전통적인 진단과 치료방식은 x-ray와 사진을 이용한 2차원적인 방식에 의존하여 왔다. 그러나 과학기술의 발달로 인하여 진단과 치료계획시 3차원 CT, 3차원 사진, digital technology를 이용한 새로운 paradigm으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 따라 Digital Orthodontics이라는 개념을 이해하는 것이 필수적인 과정이 되었다. 교정계획 수립시 치아이동을 가상 Set-Up하여 simulation 하여봄으로써 실제 가능한 치아이동의 종류와 정도를 파악하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 과정은 3차원 digital virtual set-up 을 이용하여 실제 환자의 진단과 치료에 적용하는 법을 이해시키는데 목적이 있다. 이 과정은 아래와 같이 구성되어 있다. 1. 교정 진단과 치료계획시 3차원 CT, 사진, digital technology를 이용한 새로운 paradigm의 변화와 Digital Orthodontics이라는 개념을 이해한다. 2. Virtual set-up 의 개념 이해 3. 교정계획 수립시 치아이동을 가상 Set-Up하여 simulation 한다. 4. 실제 가능한 치아이동의 종류와 정도를 파악한다.
