This study examined the relationship between the viewing amount of mixed martial arts programs and aggression, stress relief, and state anger among female viewers. The results showed that viewing mixed martial arts positively influenced verbal aggression, physical aggression positively influenced verbal aggression, verbal aggression positively influenced stress relief, and physical aggression positively influenced state anger. Additionally, stress relief was found to have a negative impact on state anger.
