Summary

This study confirmed that transformational leadership influences trust through organizational justice, and trust is linked to organizational commitment. The relationship was verified through structural equation modeling analysis based on a survey of 1,136 organizational members. The results provide implications for transformational leadership research and suggest directions for future studies.
