Summary

This study analyzed job stress among gifted education teachers based on gender, school level, and gifted education experience. The results indicated that gifted education teachers experienced high levels of stress related to the operation of the gifted education curriculum, and differences in interpersonal relationship stress were observed depending on school level. Additionally, higher gifted education experience was associated with lower stress related to role identity.
