Summary

This study explored the impact of reflective practice on middle school science teachers’ perceptions of digital technology utilization, aiming to contribute to enhancing teacher competency. The results indicated that reflective practice increased teachers’ interest in and engagement with digital technology, as well as recognition and implementation degrees in all areas of TPACK.
