Summary

This study examined the changes in perception and attitude towards children from multicultural families through the experiences of university student mentors participating in a multicultural mentoring program. The results showed that mentors recognized and resolved their pre-existing prejudices through direct interaction with mentees, and found effective mentoring methods through curriculum reconstruction. This process led to the mentors’ own growth, and the study confirmed the need for a systematic education system for successful mentoring program operation.
