Summary

This study analyzes the satisfaction of elementary, middle, and high school teachers in Busan Metropolitan City with educational activities from the perspective of educational autonomy, aiming to suggest ways to improve the operation of educational activities. Survey results indicate that factors influencing teacher satisfaction include curricular activities, extracurricular activities, human support, material resources, and institutional areas, based on which policy implications for curriculum revision and improvement of the educational environment were derived.
