Summary

This study analyzed the impact of military leaders’ authentic leadership and emotional regulation on organizational effectiveness. The results indicated that authentic leadership did not affect emotional regulation, and emotional regulation did not affect organizational effectiveness. However, authentic leadership had a positive impact on organizational effectiveness, and emotional regulation did not mediate the relationship between them.
