Summary

This study explored the educational effects of the flipped classroom connected with the jigsaw model in physical education. The results showed that online lectures improved accessibility, increased interest, and enhanced understanding, while actual classes positively impacted knowledge dissemination, collaborative communication, and cognitive development.
