Summary
This study aimed to identify factors influencing the perceived work-family conflict of dual-income families with children under 12 years old. The results showed that working hours and the perception of sufficient leisure time had a greater impact on work-to-family conflict, while weekday leisure time affected family-to-work conflict depending on gender. Furthermore, differences were observed in the factors influencing work-to-family and family-to-work conflict based on gender.
