This study analyzed the effect of healthcare supply chain integration and e-commerce level on supply chain performance. A survey of purchasing officers in hospital healthcare supply chains and verification of hypotheses using a structural equation model revealed that supply chain integration affects performance, but e-commerce level does not have a significant impact.

현대의료는 의사나 약사 같은 보건의료 직업집단, 병원이나 제약회사 같은 보건의료 생산기관, 그리고 거시적인 수준의 의료제도와 의료체계 등 조직을 통하여 만들어지고 제공된다. 이 강좌는 일반 조직이론을 기초로 보건의료조직이 갖는 여러 가지 특성을 이해하고 조직내의 권력과 조직통제, 조직과 환경의 관계가 보건의료서비스의 생산과 전달에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는가를 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
