Summary

This study investigates the experiences of three university professors to understand issues related to learning communities. The findings reveal that professors construct their memories through self-narrative opportunities, continuously reflect on their teaching practices, and attempt to demonstrate the value of their teaching philosophy and effective methods through teaching portfolios.
