Summary

This study in-depthly analyzed the difficulties, coping strategies, and changes in thought experienced by novice physical education teachers during the curriculum reconstruction process for better classes. The results showed that novice physical education teachers experienced difficulties due to a lack of physical education content knowledge and the gap between ideals and reality, and they attempted to overcome these difficulties through strategies such as self-reflection, mutual negotiation, and media utilization. Through this process, their insight into physical education was formed, their content knowledge evolved, and their practical ability in curriculum reconstruction was strengthened.
