This study explores the possibility of applying rule-based or intuition-based act utilitarianism to moral education by understanding utilitarianism as a multi-layered structure. It particularly argues that intuition-based utilitarianism, which teaches intuition in early childhood and the principle of utility later, is highly suitable for moral education. Through Levi's argument, it demonstrates that intuition and the principle of utility can coexist complementarily.
