This study proposes the necessity of establishing a youth culture policy in Jeollanam-do and presents policy directions and implementation strategies for promoting the cultural expression and quality of life of the younger generation. Youth issues should be approached as complex problems encompassing economic, social, and cultural aspects, and policies should be promoted in conjunction with work-life balance and expansion of cultural rights. In the policy implementation process, young people should be considered as planning and participating subjects, and a demand-centered support system should be established.
