Summary

This study analyzed the impact of emotional dissonance on intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of work-family conflict among married women working in call centers. The results showed that emotional dissonance negatively affects intrinsic motivation, and work-family conflict shows significant differences. These findings suggest the need to introduce programs to minimize both emotional dissonance and work-family conflict to improve the quality of call center services.
