This study critically examines the '[literature and life]' chapter in the 2011 curriculum and high school literature textbooks, analyzing the problems of the disconnect between literature and life in literary education and seeking alternative solutions. While the current curriculum emphasizes the connection between literature and life, practical textbooks and lessons focus on the acceptance of knowledge about works, necessitating a shift towards encouraging active learner participation.
