Summary

This study analyzed the impact of franchisor information sharing, as perceived by food franchise owners, on relationship quality and relationship performance. The analysis revealed that franchisor information sharing positively influences relationship quality, and trust and immersion within that quality affect relationship performance. These findings provide important implications for food franchise management and information sharing strategies.
