Summary

This study empirically analyzed the impact of perceived Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the mediating effects of organizational trust and organizational identification in this process. The results showed that CSR positively influences OCB through organizational trust and organizational identification, and the dual mediation effect of organizational trust and organizational identification was also significant.
