Summary

This study explored the self-reflection experiences of elementary school teachers who completed the 1st level regular teacher qualification training through in-depth interviews. The analysis revealed that the training experience was divided into positive aspects (psychological comfort, change in perspective, etc.) and negative aspects (competition, lack of time, etc.), providing implications for improving the training program and setting the direction of teacher education.
