Summary

This study investigated the relationship between emotional labor and occupational stress, anxiety, and sleep among dental hygienists. The results showed that dental hygienists with higher education levels, job positions, and annual salaries experienced higher levels of emotional labor, and emotional labor significantly affected job stress and anxiety.
