Summary
This study investigated the perceptions of mothers with infants attending daycare centers regarding parent role adjustment programs, and analyzed differences based on employment status. The results showed that mothers highly recognized the necessity of the program regardless of their employment, and believed the program's purpose should focus on building trust with daycare staff and promoting positive attitudes. Furthermore, mothers showed high recognition of infant adaptation procedures, cooperation, and interactive play, with preferences for program content and methods differing based on employment status.
