Summary

This paper examines the nature and content of moral rights, as well as their limitations in relation to the distribution of works, and analyzes the implications for legal education. Moral rights consist of the rights of disclosure, attribution, and integrity, and are exclusively vested in the author, but the possibility of their transfer in transactions involving works needs to be discussed. Copyright law should evolve in a direction that responds to technological changes and promotes the utilization of works in the digital age.
