Summary
This study compares the communication behavior of the government and the media regarding nuclear issues by analyzing 30,490 government press releases and media articles from 2014 to 2016 using topic modeling. The analysis revealed that the government and the media used different issue frames and had different issue management strategies. This difference in perspective between the government and the media affects the quality of nuclear governance.
